I was at this place by accident and I am very thankful for what had happened. I’m suppose to watch an indiefilm at Bicol University however I wasn’t able to make it due to heavy traffic. Since there were a lot of activities at that time, most of the hotels were fully-booked. Good thing, the tricycle driver brought me here. The host is very accomodating. I felt so safe. It’s a home away from home. Tita Nitz ensured that everything is properly taken care of. She would gladly suggest what are the places you can visit and has even contacts with the people who can help you on your preferred adventure. The place is very clean. I love their interiors. I never imagined that this was an ancestral house. I love how they restore the place. They even have a wifi so you can instantly post your adventure on your social media account. You can go for a short walk in the morning or late in the afternoon at the boulevard. I love the breakfast they serve. The organic chocolate was so good. Lucky to join breakfast with my fellow guests who’s from Germany: Michael and Stefan. They have common dining area that would allow guests to interact. It was the longest breakfast I had. I really enjoyed talking to them and hearing their travel stories. I would surely recommend this place to my friends and family. It’s not just because of their excellent customer service but that homey feeling I had experienced. They’re even adding 12 rooms so that more people got to experience their place. Thank you for the warm hospitality Third and Sean’s place. Can’t wait to be back. 😊
